Moved by Alderman Muldoon: Seconded by Alderman Vater: Be it resolved that Port Coquitlam City Council urge Federal Finance Minister Marc Lalonde and Federal Transport Minister Jean-Luc Pepin to work with the railways and the Province of British Columbia to implement Mr. J.J. Eisler's recommendations of more easterly interchange-storage area for dangerous goods as stated on page 60 of his June 1982 report entitled "Railway Transport of Dangerous Goods in the Greater Vancouver Region".
