Temporary Facilities - Carnoustie Golf Club.

We recently wrote to the Carnoustie Golf Club and reminded them of the
Council's instructions that their temporary facilities were to be removed
by April 30th, 1981.

Under date of May 13th, 1981 Mr. J.M. Methven replied and advised that
they are currently attempting to finalize planning on a rebuilding
program. Mr. Methven advised that architects had been working on the
project since January 12th, 1981 and he expressed dissatisfaction with
the difficulties he had encountered in having suitable Plans prepared.

Perhaps Council would want to issue some further instructions in this
regard.
