Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution discussion ensued and
it was the general opinion of Council that the money for the one half of
the pumping facility for the high level drainage system for the proposed
construction of terminal facilities for Howell Forwarding should be

received prior to commencement of the construction.

Kingsway Underpass for nine consecutive days in order to reduce the
construction time of the new underpass in conjunction with the construction

adequate advance signing and detour signing.

for the construction of the Kingsway Underpass to cut off the existing

12"' watermain prior to completion of the City's new watermain, if necessary;
providing that a standby generator is provided for use at the City's

Penny Place pumping station for the duration of the period during which

the main is cut off.
