The Leisure Activities Committee has discussed this particular
development and the city park east of it. The Committee would like to
make the following recommendations for consideration by Council:

1. That a five foot chain link fence be erected south and east
of the development. :

That the entrance to the park be via the east side of the
development.

That a public walkway be created south of the development
through the public road allowance. Furthermore that this
walkway be buiit adjacent to the chain link fence.

The Committee forsees a passive/active park, in order to
retain the present trees.
