May 16th, 1977 That as requested in a memorandum from the City Engineer, May 12th, 1977, a frontage exemption as permitted under Section 712 of the Municipal Act be granted for a proposed subdivision of Parcel 2 (Explanatory Plan 13634), of Lot B of S% of Lot 4, Group 1, Township 39, Plan 5755, New Westminster District, wherein the frontages of two of the lots to be created are less than that required in the Subdivision of Land By-law, but do comply with the City's policy relating to frontage exemptions.
