T DRAFT RESOLUTION .

. That the Subdivision Plan of a Portion of the North-west

ownship 40, New Westminster District, prepared a

Quarter Section 6,
by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor, and sworn
correct by him on the 14th day of May, 1974, wherein Lot 156 is
created, said Lot having an area of 6.20 acres, be approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized

to sign the said Subdivision Plan on behalf of tne City and affix

the Corporate Seal thereto.
