PE: Estate of Jessie Ann Korkowski

ine City has been requested by the firm Leggatt & Lesyk to provide them

with a Consent. for the Appointment of Administrators for the above mentioned
estate in accordance to the attached letter. The City are creditors of the
estate in the amount of $239.80.

We have reviewed the document with the City solicitor and he advises that it
is in order, As the document requires the Seal of the City. a Resolution of
Council is required authorizing the signing of the Consent form.

DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is a
Creditor of the Estate of Jessie Ann Korkowski, Deceased;
. “AND WHEREAS ta facilitate in the probate of the said Estate
the City has been asked to agree to the appointment of Administrators;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Clerk of The

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be and he is hereby

authorized to consent to the appointment of Jessie Margaret Auger aud

Louis Korkowski es Administratorg of the Estate of Jessie Ann
Korkowski, Deceased, without bond;
AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute the

necessary document in that behalf and affix the Corporate Seal thereto,
