REAL PROPERTY FOR SALE BY TENDER

The Corporation of the City of Port Coguitlam invites tenders for the
purchase of the undernoted properties:

Lots 1 to 7, inclusive, Block 8, District Lot 290, Group One, Plan
1957, New Westminster District.

These properties are located in the 2200 Block Stafford Avenue and
consist of 7 separate lots, each 37.2 m (122 ft) in depth. Lot width varies
from 12.0 m (42.4 £t) to 13.4 m (44 ft).

Tenders must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the
outside "Tender for Stafford Avenue Property" and addressed to:

City of Port Coguitlam,

Ste. No. 214, 2571 Shaughnessy Street,
Port Coquitlam, B.C.

and be in his hands by 12:00 o'clock noon, Thursday, February 18th, 1988. Any

tender received after this time will be returned unopened as will all tenders
inadvertently opened before the closing time as a result of not being
adequately marked on the outside of the sealed envelope as required,

Terms of Sale

1. A certified cheque in the amount of 10% of the amount offered must
accompany each tender as a deposit and each tender will be open for
acceptance by the Council for a period of 30 days. Upon a tender
being accepted by the Council the balance of the offered price must be
paid by the successful tenderer within 30 days or as soon thereafter
as reguested or the deposit will be forfeited.

2. The certified cheques of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned
no later than 30 days after the closing time specified above.

3. No real estate commission of any kind whatscever will be paid by the
city.

4, Further information may be obtained from the undersigned.

5. Offers may be made for any number or combination of lots. The

Council of the City reserves the right to accept any offer or
combination of offers or to reject any or all of the offers as the
Council, in its absolute discretion may determine.
