Section 4 of Schedule "D" of the Bylaw is amended by inserting therein, in correct
alphabetical order, the designation of a School Zone, with a 30 km/h speed limit on Oxford
Street between Wingrove and Dorset.

Section 5 of Schedule “D" is further amended by inserting therein, in ccrrect alphabetical
order, the designation of a Playground Zone with a 30 km/h speed lisnit on:

a. Welcher Avenue fronting Elks Park
b. Kelly Avenue fronting Elks Park

Section 5 of Schedule "D" is further amended by inserting therein, in correct alphabetical
order, the designation a Playground Zone with a 30 km/h speed limit at Western Drive from
Eastern Drive to the access road to Hazel Trembath School, approximately 60 metres east
