This is to notify you that the Council of the City of Port Coquitlam will be considering an
application for a Development Variance Permit in respect of the abovenoted property at
Council’s regular meeting of Monday, January 10th, 1994. The meeting wil commence at 7:30
p-m. in the Council Chambers, Third Floor, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street,
Port Coquitiam, BC.
A copy of the Development Variance Permit for the abovencted property and the purpose of the
permit are described in general terms in the enclosed Permit.

If you wish to comment on the application, you may write to the undersigned prior to the
meeting or attend the Council meeting, at which time you will be given an opportunity to be
heard or to present a written submission.
