WHEREAS the "Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw No. 40, 1993, No. 2767
received first two readings earlier in this meeting:

THEREFORE it is now determined that the amendment to the Official Community Plan

proposed to be enacted by Bylaw No. 2767 does not affect the City of Coquitlam, The
Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

That the report from the Task Force Committee dated, February 25th, 1993 regarding
Findings - Youth Task Force be received and adopted.

And that the report te referred to the Parks & Recreation Committee to investigate
implementation.

Rezoning Application No. 100/92 and Development Permit Application No. 101/92.

That Rezoning Application No. 100/92 and Development Permit Application No. 101/92
for the 2300 Block Pitt River Road be approved to proceed fur rezoning from A-1 (Agricultural)
and P-1 (Public Institutional) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act
subject to:

Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;

Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks & Recreation
Department;

Satisfaction of Building Department concerns;

Satisfaction of Fire Department concerns,

Issuance of a Development Permit;
