BYLAW NO. 2653

A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of. Port Coquitianm, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Ll. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which are more particularly described as:

Lot 5 and Lot 6

District Lot 379

Group One

Plan 2355

New Westminster District

are hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to P-2 (Private
Institutional) and the Zoning Map of the "port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1992, No. 2653".

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 16th day of March, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council 16th day of. March, 1992.

Public Hearing held this 13th day of April, 1992.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 13th day of April, 1992.

Received the approval of the Ministry of Transportation and Highways this
4th day of May, 1992.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of the
Corporation of The City of Port Coquitlam this day of » 19 .
