55864), District Lots 379, 463, & 464, Group One, New Westminster
District, from M-2 (Heavy Industrial) te C-2 (Nel gh bourhood Commercial),

This property is located at 2088 Lougheed Highway (Southeast corner
of the intersection of Lougheed Highway and Shaughnessy Street) and the
rezoning will permit the construction of a shopping centre development.

Mr. Mosier, Mosier Group of Companies and Mr. A. Lee, Architect were
present and explained the Proposed development.

The following people were present at the Zoning Public Hearing and aan
expressed views regarding the proposed rezoning: CU

Mr. Je Glesbrecht, 2950 Oxford Street = Inquired regarding
entrances to the Proposed development.

Mr. H. Prante, 1889 Humber Crescent - inquired regarding
underpass congestion.

Mr. T. Littlewood, 2252 Fraser Avenue ~ spoke in favour.

Alderman J.J. Keryluk stated traffic making U-turns on Fraser Avenue
Is a concern,

Mr. A. Diplacito, 2238 Fraser Avenue expressed concern regarding
traffic making U-turns on Fraser Avenue.

The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:55 pem.
