Eng., City Engineer SUBJECT: Right of Way Agreement for Genstar Sanitary Sewer Recommendation: That the attached statutory Right of Way Agreement between the City of Port Coquitlam and the City of Fort Coquitlam over a portion of Lot 6, DL 232, Group 1, Plan 68514, NWD, be hereby approved and Background and Comments: A portion of Genstarts Sanitary sewer main to service Phase 1 of the subdivision runs through City owned land. As a condition of approval of the subdiviston Genstar was required to Provide R.O.W Pass, There fs therefore no cost to the City for the Preparation of this ROW but It is necessary for the City to Sign an agreement over this City owned fand SO that the sewer Will be protected in the event of a future sale of the Property, The portion of Lot 6 mentioned in the agreement is shown on ยข+he attached copy of a portion of the R.O.W. plan.
