The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

Coquitlam will hold a Public Nearing inthe Council Chambers, Port Coquitian

City Hall, .2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, April 6th,

1981 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend

the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No.1651":

By-law No. 1827: to rezone Lot 20, Block 1, District Lot 465,

Group 1, ‘Plan 1189, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT-1.

This property is located at 2115 Prairie Avenue and following

completion of the rezoning procedures it is expected that the

existing héuse on the property will be removed and a duplex

dwolling will be constructed.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of

the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Halil, at the address given above,

between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - on working days - from March

26th to April 6th, 1981.
"ALL persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed By-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the By-law.
