Be and the same is hereby approved:
AND THAT his Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign
the said subdivision plan on behalf of the Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam and all other documents necessary for this purpose and
to affix the Corporate Seal thereto.

From the Public Works Committee, November 5th, 1980 recommending that
the Council require vehicle access to the apartment block proposed to be

constructed at the south west corner of Shaughnessy Street and Hawthorne
