That as requested by the Casa Roma Restaurant, 2823 Shaugimessy
Street, February 6th, 1980 permission be given to have a flashing sign
to replace the existing one which must be removed due to the addition of
a right turn lane off the Lougheed Highway.

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution
Alderman Wright spoke regarding amending the Sign Regulation By-law No.
1661 to include flashing signs and stated in his opinion the request
should be referred to the Building & Protection Committee for study.

1626 with respect to the days and times of admission of teenagers thirteen
to eighteen years of age.

Mr. F. Harder, President of Tymo Holdings Ltd. was present to
answer Council's questions on the request.

Prior to the passage of the resolution Aldermen Ranger expressed

concern regurding the mixing of age groups.
