That as requested by the Boy Scouts of Canada, Port Coquitlam
District Council, April 17th, 1980 permission be given to hold their
Annual Apple Day Tag Days on October 3rd and 4th, 1980.

From the Boy Scouts of Canada, Port Coquitlam District Council,
April 2ist, 1980 requesting permission to use the vacant City lot at
Pitt River Road and Shaughnessy Street for the sale of Christmas trees.

That as requested by the Boy Scouts of Canada, Port Coquitlam
District, April 21st, 1980 permission be given to use the vacant City
lot at Pitt River Road and Shaughnessy Street for the sale of Christmas
trees for a period to be established in November until December 24th,
1980.

Carried.

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Keryluk asked
regarding a possible traffic problem in the area of the lot and Alderman
Mabbett advised the Public Works Committee will look into it.
