District Lot 466, Plan 19410, being 2860-80 Oxford Street, proceed to Public Hearing .as required for a Land Use Contract; AND THAT the developer be required to provide a sidewalk between the property line of the development site and the boulevard. Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution the Planning Officer explained the proposal and the architect advised that the development is a transitional one blending the commercial area to the south with the residential area to the north. Alderman Ranger asked the architect to erect a sign on the site explaining to residents the type of development that’ is proposed and allowing the residents time to come to City Hall to speak to the Planning Officer on the proposed development if they have questions pertaining to the development of the site and the architect advised he would do so immediately.
