THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1581

A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Pound and Animal
Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Sub-clause (d) of clause (1) of Section 10 of the “City of Port Coquitlam
Pound and Animal Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020" is amended by striking out
the word “four" where it appears therein and substituting therefor the word
"three",
2. Sub-clause (d) of clause (2) of Section 10 of the By-law is amended by
_ Striking out the word "four" where it appears therein and substituting therefor
the word "three".
3. This By-law shall take effect, come into force, and be binding upon
all persons on and from the first day of June, 1978.

4. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam

Pound and Animal Regulation By-law, 1970, No. 1020, Amendment By~law, 1978, No. 1581",
