Re: Letter from Conse-C Enterprises Ltd. in Connection with Riverside Manor

The attached letter has been received from the Management Firm on behalf
of Riverside Manor in connection with the location of their garbage container.

The Strata Corporation was asked to relocate the garbage container as it is
presently located on their above~ground parking lot at the east end of the
building and is occupying at least two, and perhaps three, parking stalls.

Although the Land Use Contract does not specify where the garbage container
should be located, Staff felt that it should be located on the lane, just off
the paved parking area as indicated on the attached map. If Council views
the present location of the garbage container, it can be seen that it is not
particularly good location. ,

The Strata Corporation are appealing to Council to have this decision altered
and, accordingly, their letter is placed on the Agenda for Council's consideration.
