From the City Engineer, December 6th, 1976, reporting as requested on the proposed Huntington Rubber industrial. development, and advising that: (a) The sanitary and storm sewers, road work, sidewalk, curbs and boulevard were completed in July of this year; (b) The several partners involved are having difficulty in arriving at 4 concensus in proceeding with development on the Easterly property; (c) The recent death of a major owner is one of several factors that apparently have contributed to the lack of activity by Huntington Rubber; (d) Mr. Crogs of United Realty has indicated he wishes to approach the City early in the New Year to discuss both properties, Mayor Campbell advised that the report from the City Engineer was for information only, and that the project would be reviewed early next year with the Developers,
