From the City Clerk, July 29th, 1975, recalling the fact that at City Clerk r 10¢ charge - the last Council meeting Alderman Mabbett mentioned the 10 cent charge payment of B.C.Tel.bills recently instituted by the B.C. Telephone Company for bill payment eat its local payment agencies and that it is his feeling that the former business office of the Telephone Company should be re-established in view of the large growth experienced by Port Coquitlam and adjoining areas.
