The subject duplex was purchased a year ago new by the applicant and his son (joint owner). Since then, they both have been living in this duplex, each occupying one half of it. ‘the applicant now wishes to return to Ontario for retirement. In order to do so, he has indicated that he must first dispose of his half of the duplex. However, it would be almost impossible under the present situation. . The subject application was considered by the Planning and Zoning Committee at its July 31/74 meeting and the Committee recommends that it be approved subject to: 1.
