Re: ‘Downtown Parking.

Recommendation: As a result of a report from the By-law Officer to the Committee,

, the Committee recommends to the Council that One Hour Parking be
established uniformly throughout the Downtown Area. Specifically
the following. zones to be changed to One Hour Parking (8:00 a.m.
to 6:00 p.m) (1) Two Hour Parking on both sides of Elgin from -
Donald to Shaughnessy, (2) Two Hour Parking on the north side
of Marpole from Shaughnessy to the lane west’ of Shaughnessy,..(3)
Two Hour Parking on both sides of M:Allister from Mary Hill Road
to Coquitlam River, (4) Two Hour Parking on both sides of Whyte
Avenue from Leigh Square to lane west of Shaughnessy, (5) Thirty
Minute Parking on the south side of McAllister adjacent to Lot 35
Blk “ Plan 1213, and (6) Thirty Minute Parking on the south side
of Mcallister adjacent to Lots 37 & 38 Blk 2, Plan 1213, =

Re: Prairie - Coast Meridian Intersection.

' Recommendation: The Committee recommends the following parking regulations which.

have been by necessity implemented but not formally approved.

(1) No Parkingon the east side of Coast Meridian from Prairie
to a point 40 feet north of Prairie.

(2) One Hour Parking on the east side of Coast Meridian from a
point 40 feet north of Prairie to Salisbury.

(3) One Hour Parking on the south side of Prairie Avenue from
the Mac's Milk Access to the Home Oil Access.

Re: 20 M.P.H. Zones,

Recommendation: The Committee recommends the following changes relating to

20 M.P.H. Zones.

(i) The existing 20 M.P.H. Zones on Coast Meridian from Lot
50, Plan 26239 to Lot 181, Plan 31191 and from Birchland
to Cedar Drive and on Mary Hill Road from Rindall to
Hawtherne be removed,
