* Orders penerated by the Gallery from display samples i.e, sample planter or dinner set which are not for sale from the Gallery, commission shall be 90% - 104, * Gallery will hand out addresses and ‘phone numbers (if author- ized by the potter) to buyers who wish to contact the potter because their work has been seen on display in the Gallery...at no cost. The Gallery will Keep records of potters selling in the Gallery and what items they are prepared to make, * Bonafide designers and architectural consultants will get a 10% discount all the time, the Gallery will absorb the discount. * Breakage by customer will be collected by staff, i.e. 60% of the retail value, For expensive breakages, customer will be asked if their household insurance will cover them, The potter will be paid 60% as in a normal sale, Gallery abeorbs loss. * Breakage by staff will be covered by the Gallery,i.e. potter will be paid 60%, But if the Manager finds any possibility of natural crazing or faulty workmanship, there will be a consulta- tion with the potter, * Logs by shoplifting will be paid as 50% of retail value of stolen item, * after 90 days work unsold should be removed and exchanged unless the Manager requests to keep it longer, i.e. for unique pieces or for educational purposes. * All work will be recorded on Gallery invoices, the potter keepi one copy.
