That Council authorize the reconstruction of some of the drainage ditches leading to the Laurier
Flood Box and between the Laurier Flood Box and the Dominion Storm Sewer Pump Station in
1994, at an estimated cost of $20,060.00.

That the construction of the Laurier Drainage Pump Station, Phase 1 Project be included in the
tentative 1995 Public Works Capital Budget.

Development Permit Applicacion No. 12/93 for 2260 and 2266 Welcher Avenue.

That Council approve an extension of Rezoning Application No. 11/93 and Development Permit
Application No. 12/93 for 2260 and 2266 Welcher Avenue for a period of four months

commencing September 12, 1994, subject to payment of a nonrefundable processing fee of
$2,150.00 as per the provisions of the "Development Procedures Bylaw, 1987, No. 2243".

That Maplewood Landscaping Ltd. be awarded the contract for the construction of the Soccer
Field No. 2 at Reeve Street Park for $272,850.00.
