BACKGROUND = This rezoning application came before Council on April 11, 1994 and at that time was defeated. The applicant appealed the time limit for reapplication on the grounds that the surrounding area bas changed and that the subdivision will conforma to the neighbourhood. City Council approved the request to permit reapplication of the rezoning application on May 9, 1994. This application is to rezone the property at 1250 Pitt River Road from - RS=1 (Large Lot Residential) to RB~2 (Small Lot Reaideatial) to pexmit a 2 lot aubdivision.
