Ki coe Sei THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2624 A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam. WHERRAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" AND WHERRAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and after Firat Reading of this Bylaw the Council has: (a) (b) (a) (d) examined the amendmant to the plan in coajumection with the moat recent capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Aet to ensure consistency between them; examined the amendmeut to the plan in comjusetion with the Economic Strategy Plan entitled “Port Coquitlam Induatrial Development Strategy” te ensure conslatency between chen; determined that no applicable waste management plan exiats for consideration; determined that the amendment te tha plam does not affect the District of Coquitiaa, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or the Greater Vancouver Regional Matrict. NOW THEREFORE the Munieipal Coumeil of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts aa follows: l. Chapter "V DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AREAS” of Schedule “A” of the “Official Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162” is amended by adding the following, after Section 2.10, ag Section 2.11: "211 Parait Area XI Thie area is designated ag a Development Permit Area for the establishment of objectives and the provisions of guidelines for the form and character of cowmercial and multi-family development.
