Timing

The work is expected to be completed within three (3) months of the time the
contract is awarded.

The Proposal. Call

Consultants are invited to submit a proposal outlining their study approach,
product offered, study team, experience with other similar projects, and
cost.

No budget has been set. Proposals will be judged on content, product offered,
and price to complete the work. Council reserves the right to elect not to
proceed with the study if the cnst for completing the work cannot be satisfied.

Proposals are asked to be submitted by 4:30 p.m. on » 1991.

Questions about the proposal will be accepted up until » LOOL.
They will be responded to in writing with copies forwarded to all other
consultants who have been invited to submit a proposal.
