COMMENTS: This property is being proposed to be deveioped in phases for industrial use. The first phase of development is the owner's truck parking compound. Recognizing, visual problems of the first truck parking compound along Mary Hill Bypass, the applicant has located the parking area at the north end of the property away from the Bypass and is placing a landscape screen around the area. The landscaping is the same as piaced around the City's Works Yard, it will provide a solid screen blocking view into the property. Approval of this application is recommended. FILE: 0004-19(5)
