BYLAW NO. 2315

A Bylaw toa amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240",

The Municioal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Those portions of Lot 190, Plan 56773; Lots 10,17,and 12, Plan 2506; and
fhose portions of lanes and road (dedicated on Plan 2306) to be closed; ali
of Block 13, District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster District, shown
within the heavy outline on a sketch prepared by Helge Jacobsen and
Associates, Briti¢h Columbia Land Surveyor, under their tile number
$-87=-5905~3,

is hereby rezoned from RS=-1 (Large Lot Residential!) to RM-3 (Town House

Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240 Amendment By!aw, 1987, No. 2315",
Read a first time by the Municipal! Council this 19th day of October, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 19th day of October, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 9th day of Navember, 1987.
