BYLAW NO. 2315 A Bylaw toa amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", The Municioal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Those portions of Lot 190, Plan 56773; Lots 10,17,and 12, Plan 2506; and fhose portions of lanes and road (dedicated on Plan 2306) to be closed; ali of Block 13, District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster District, shown within the heavy outline on a sketch prepared by Helge Jacobsen and Associates, Briti¢h Columbia Land Surveyor, under their tile number $-87=-5905~3, is hereby rezoned from RS=-1 (Large Lot Residential!) to RM-3 (Town House Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.
