BYLAW NO. 2248

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240!

The Municipal Counc!! of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certaln parcel of land situated In Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot "A",

District Lot 466

Group One

Plan 73819

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS=-2 (Smal! Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be clted for al! purposes as the "Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Byiaw, 1987, No. 2248",

Read a first time by the MunicIpai Councl! this 2nd day of March, 1987.
Read a second time by the Munictpal Counci! this 2nd day of March, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 30th day of March, 1987.
