RECOMMENDATION:

That Council direct the Clerk's cffice To prepare a bylaw

rezoning the N.W. Remanent, N 156! of E, Lots 18 and 19, DL
232, Plan 6840 NWLD from RS~3 to RS-2.

COMMENTS:

This rezoning application is for Phase Two of a subdivision
previously approved by City Council. The subdivision design is

@ continuation of Yarmouth Street ending in a cul-de-sac at the
north end.

The subdivision plan inciudes a variety of lots sizes ranging

in size from 382 m2 up to 700 m2 for clarity a single zoning eee
