That the Right-of-Way Agreement to be granted by Canadian
Pacific Limited in favour of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam referring to the Kingsway Bridge Pile Encroachment upon
Canadian Pacific Limited land and referring therein to Assoclated
Engineering Services Limited Drawing Number V32H-20-601 and
Canadian Pacific Limited Plan Number 672-1A-84 be and the same is
hereby approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor und the City Clerk be
authorized to execute the said Right-of-Way Agreement on behalf of
the City and to affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
