1. Except as in this Policy hereinafter provided, no advertising signs
or posters of any type whatsoever shall be erected or placed on any
property owned or under the contro! of The Corporation of the-City: of.
Port Coquitlam and, -without limiting the generality thereof, no
advertising sign or poster shall be placed or erected on'any street ors:
