A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,

1979, No. 1651".

The Municipal Council of The-Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port

Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described

amended to reflect. this rezoning. .

Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw,
1982, No. 1937".

: Read a first time by the Municipal Council ‘this Twenty-
‘fourth day of January, 1983.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty-
fourth day of January, 1983.

Public Hearing held this Seventh day of February, 1983.

This property is located at 1716 Langan Avenue and it is
expected that a greenhouse will be constructed on the property
and a nursery business established.
