Dear Mayor Traboulay:

At the Council meeting of October 4, 1982, the Kinsmen Rehabilitation
Foundation was given permission to conduct its annual fund raising appeal
"Kinsmen Mother's March" in Port Coquitlam.

In conjunction with your permission to do this, we respectfully request
that you declare the week of January 24, 1983 — February 1, 1983 as Kinsmen
Mother's March week in Port Coquitlam. Attached is a suggested format which
might be used in your proclamation.
