THE CORPORATICN OF WIE CLYTY OF ProRT icOoUTTIY Dy MOA BY-LAW NO 1806 MAR 7 8 A By-law to authorize the subdivision and sale of a portion of . . g N04 325, Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 40, Plan ao1as AER, Coben seer ; 18 District, being a portion of the City's dedicated Nature acd | 3k WHEREAS pursuant to the provisions of By~law Nos. 1214, 1281, and °1393,. certain real property owned by the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam was dedicated as a Nature Area; AND WHEREAS in order to accommodate works constructed as improvements to the dyking and drainage system of the City (pursuant to the provisions of 4 Federal-Provincial scheme established for that purpose) certain minor “revisions to the boundaries of the Nature Area are required; AND WHEREAS it is deemed in the public interest to adjust the boundaries “of the dedicated Nature «rea accordingly; AND WHEREAS the approval of the Minister of Municipal Affairs has been obtained; , NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitian, in open neering assembled, enacts as.follows: 1. The Subdivision Plan of a’ portion of lot 12, Block 4, Plan 2533 and a portion of Parcel "C" (Plan with fee deposited 9929 F) and 2 portion of Lot 325, Plan 49145, Southeast Quarter, Section 7, Township 49, New Westminster District prepared by Walter E. Frith, British Columbia Land Surveyor and dated the 12th day of January, 1981 is approved and His Worship the Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to sign the said Plan on behalf of the City and affix the corporate seal thereto. 2. A copy of the Subdivision Plan of Walter E. Frith referred to in Section 1 hereof is attached hereto and made a part of this By-law. 3. The necessary exchange of property between the City and other owners to facilitace the registration of the Subdivision Plan of Walter E. Frith referred to in Sections 1 and 2 of this By-law is herewith authorized and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute the necessary documents for this purpose and to affix the corporate seal therero; SUBJECT to the City becoming the owner of the Lot $07 created by the Subdivision Plan aforesaid. —FIRST-TWO-BEAD HHA ee FINAL READING
