Laking, May 20th, 1981 regarding the Mayor Laking, May 20/81 re Parks and Recreation Committee and reading (as amended) as follows: Rec Comm. & Ald. Muldoon. "The proceedings of the Recreation Committee indicate there is a problem and that the Committee is unable to function. I am recommending to Council and looking for their direction under Section 239 of the Act, this is being done on the advice of the City Solicitor, for the removal of Alderman Muldoon."
