As we have discussed on several occasions » Southside Baptist Church
wishes to place a portabie classroon on their property adjacent to
the church building, .

The church membership and attendance has grow considerably over the
past couple of vears, ani a nunber of possibilities are presently
being studied as a long term solution to our resulting shortage of

‘space. Basically, they are as follows:

1. Relocating on property owned on Mason Avenue, Coquitlam

2, Acquiring another Fort Coquitlan location

3. Acquiring a site in the area around the Coquitlam Tom Center
4. =xpanding at our present location

We expect it will take tro years to provide the facilities to meat our
needs no matter which alternative js Selected. Our mst initial and
smediate need is for additional Sunday School space, A portable
classroom will relieve this problem,

At the saze time the portable elassroom is installed, the following
works will be undertaken: .

i. The area to the front end Westerly sida of the church building
will be landscaped, The small trees in the Northeast area of
our parking lot will be replanted in this area,

2. The balance of our property North of the church building will
be graded and oravelled,
