The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the ci ty of Port
Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coguitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coguitlam, B.C. on Monday, March 22nd,

2976 at 7:36 Pom. to consider tha following proposed By-law to authorize

issuance of a Land Use Contracts

By-law No. 1425: to authorize the Council to enter into a Land

Use Contract with Florence Mylroie, 2156 Prairie Avenue, Port
Coquitlam, B.C. and Frank Yerio Ximmell and Mary Mildred Kimmel,
2032 Suffolk Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. in the form and to the
"extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 17" which said Land Use,
Contract is. annexed to and made part of the By-law and the said
Land Use Contract No. 17 shall extend to and Shall regulate the
development and use of lands described as Lot &2, Block 32, District

Lot 464, Group One, Plan 46962, New tiestminster District.

This property is located at 1924 Coquitiam Avenue and upon its

issuance Land Use Contract No. 17 wili permit the land, buildings,

‘and structures located thereat to he used for RM-1 (Low-Density

Apartment Residential) uses only in ordur to permit the construction
of a 16-unit townhouse complex and various provisions are contained
in the Contract concerning the size, shape, and siting of buildings

and structures and various other matters,

By-law Wo. 1425 contains a provision to repeai the “Land Use Contract

No. 5 Authorization By-law, 1973, No. 1287" and Land use Ce-tract No,

247 contains a provision permitting the deregistration of Land Use

Contract No. 5.

Coptes of the Proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given ebove, between
the hours of 9:00 a.m: to 5:00 p.m. = on working days - from March ilth to
March 22nd, 1976, . .

All persons who deem their interest in Property affected by the pro-

posed By-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heax!? at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the By-law,
