A Bylaw to authorize the amendment of an agreement for community use property with The Board of School Trustees of School District No. 43 (Coquidam) Section 682 of the Municipal Act provides that Council may, by Bylaw, enter into an agreement with a Board of School Trustees for the purpose of jointly maintaining, operating or using, or contributing to the cost of construction, maintenance, operation or use of facilities for community use, pleasure or recreation, and The Board of School Trustees of School District No. 43 (Coquiclam) ("Board") and the City have entered into such an agreement to provide for jointly bearing the cost of construction and operation of certain recreational facilities in the City on land owned by the Board or the City, The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: l, That this Bylaw may be cited as the "Community Use Bylaw (School Board), No. 1, 1994, 0. : Council hereby authorizes the entering into of the agreement between the City and the Board that is attached to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" ("Agreement"). The Mayor and the City Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver the Agreement substantially in the form attached to this Bylaw as Schedule "A" and are further authorized to execute and deliver on behalf of the City all documents and instruments necessary to give effect to the Agreement and the transactions provided for therein.
