That the rental charges for the PoCo Rec Centre Arena and Mabbett Room be waived for the Terry Fox Secondary Scheoi's dry grad celebration, being held on May 21, 1994. 2. That any extra staff costs incurred, (i.e., extra clean-up staff), in the PoCo Rec Centre be paid for by the Terry Fox After Grad Committee. This is the third dry grad that Terry Fox Secondary has held. In the past, they were held at Hyde Creel Centre and proved very successful. However, due to the fact that Hyde _ '- Creek Centre is under construction the event has to be moved to the PoCo Rec Centre. It should be noted that the rental charge, to be waived, amounts to $950.00. Although the times being requested ace ones that the facility is not normally rented out nor — programmed, (except for the Mabbett Room).
