The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam proposes to sell by public
tender those parts of Lots 98 to 101, inclusive, District Lot 342, Group One,
Plan 2894, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, 8.C. shown included
within the heavy bold line and identified as area "D" on a plan available from
the City Clerk's Office being an approximate 525 sq.n. (5650 sq. ft.) area
located on the west side of the 1700 Block Mary Hill Road. A condition of the
sale is the construction by the suecessful tenderer to full subdivision
standards of a road to be located west of this property. For further detaila
