1989, No. 2450" be reconsidered finally passed and adopted.

REPORTS:

From the City Administrator, November 9th, 1989 regarding 2368 Rindall
Avenue.

Moved by Alderman Laking:
Seconded by Alderman Keryluk:

THAT Lots 11 and 12; Block 25; District Lots 174 and 289, Group One, Plan
2080 New Westminster District, being 2368 Rindall Avenue, be purchased by the
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam at or for the sum of $150,000.00;

THAT the adjustment date be December 14th, 1989.

THAT the possession date be June 30th, 1990 unless vacated earlier by the
vendor 3;

THAT closing costs and various adjustments be made in the normal manner as
between vendor and purchaser;

THAT the price of the property will include the fridge and stove.

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor together with the City Clerk/and or the
City Treasurer be authorized to execute such Deeds, Documents Plans, Cheques,
or other instruments as are necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix
the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
