He has informed me that an agreement made in Ottawa where the two upper levels of Government will share the cost of construction of the Dyke's and the City's responsible for the right-of-way of which we now own. He has suggested that the City send a letter indicating that should one of the other areas have to postpone their application the City would like to move fnto that time frame, this Is the only way we have 4 chance of changing our priority from 1990-1991. é GoR.
