We have now reached the point where the second part of the transaction can

proceed and, accordingly, in compliance with the requirements of the Municipal

Act a Notice of Intention was posted on the Municipal notice board on October

15, 1973 and at the closing time for receipt of alternate proposals, 12 o'clock
noon, October 24th, 1973 no alternate proposals had been received. If approved

by Council the current transaction would result in the land configuration shown

on the map immediately below with the property shown dotted being sold to Greyfriars
Realty Ltd. to form a portion of Lot 421 and the lot to the west that we have
marked with an arrow being sold to Greyfriars Realty Ltd. who would then immediately
dedicate it as road and with the property to the northeast remaining in City owner-
ship and forming a prospective building site:
