THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2244

A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Plan of
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan
Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162";

AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Official Community Plan has been prepared and
after First Reading of this Bylaw the Council has:

(a) examined the amendment to the pian in conjunction with the most recent
capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipal Act to
ensure consistency between them;

(b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitied "Port Coguitlam Industrial Development
Development Strategy" to ensure consistency between them;
determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for
consideration;
determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the District
of Coquitiam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows, or
the Greater Vancouver Regional District.

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitiam, in open meeting assembied, enacts as follows:

The designation of "Apartment 1" shown on Schedule "8" of the Official Community
Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to:

(a) Lot 1 and Lot 2 (c) Lots 11 to 14, inclusive

The designation of "Apartment 2' shown on Schedule "B" of the "Official Communi ty
Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as applying to:

(a) Lots 73 to 76, inclusive (b) Lot 220
- Northwest 1/4, Section 6 Northwest 1/4, Section 6
