The said tands to be so purchased as aforesaid shall, when so conveyed to the.

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are
hereby authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps,.receipt- and other

documents on behalf of the said City as may be necessary for tt.s purposes

aforesaid and to attix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Elgin ‘Léne Road Exchange Bylaw,
